I was upgraded! Since December 2008 and getting my PhD, I am an Assistant Professor at The University of Texas' School of Health Information Sciences at Houston. It's the only school completely dedicated to biomedical informatics, and a fun place to be if you like this kind of things.

This page is a small, informal CV. I am an MD (non-practicing), MS in Health Informatics, and PhD Candidate at the University of Texas School of Health Information Sciences at Houston. My research focus is on information retrieval for biomedical informatics. I also teach for our Foundations of Health Informatics course.
